Jody Schiliro began her career at National Geographic Television in the early 1990s. Since then she has produced, directed and written films on a variety of topics ranging from natural history to science to historical politics.
Jody Schiliro is an award-winning documentary filmmaker with more than 25 years experience in the industry.
Ms. Schiliro’s films have aired on a number of networks including National Geographic, PBS, TBS, Discovery, and Smithsonian. Schiliro is an Emmy-nominated series producer, has received the CINE Golden Eagle Award, and has also won numerous film festival awards.
